These Maple-Cinnamon Candied Pecans are the perfect sweet and crunchy topping to just about any fall recipe. Toss in a delicious salad, muffins, or enjoy as is. Simply made by combining some coconut oil, maple syrup. coconut sugar, and cinnamon. They easily come together in less than 10 minutes. These candied pecans are so addicting!
Maple-Cinnamon Candied Pecans
Candied pecans are absolutely delicious and make the perfect addition to any fall salad. They have the perfect hint of sweetness and add that crunchiness that takes any salad to a whole other level. For these reasons I wanted to create a new post dedicated to this candied pecan recipe. You guys can make a good batch and keep in hand for all your upcoming salads.
Another thing that makes this recipe so great is that it literally takes less than 10 minutes to make. From beginning to end! All you have to do is melt all of the ingredients in a small saucepan, add your pecans and coat them well. Spread over a sheet pan, broil for a few minutes, and let them cool-off. That’s it!
You now have a crunchy deliciousness to compliment your salad. Super quick, super easy and barely any effort. All of the ingredients I use in this recipe are clean of course. So these candied pecans will keep your salad clean and nutritious for sure. Try them asap and have them be the stars of your next salad!
What you need to make these Maple-Cinnamon Candied Pecans:
Ingredients:
- Raw Whole Pecans
- Coconut Oil
- Maple Syrup
- Coconut Sugar (or maple sugar)
- Cinnamon
Equipment:
- Small Saucepan
- Large Baking Sheet Pan
- Parchment Paper
How to make Candied Pecans:
- Place a small saucepan on stovetop. Add in coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and cinnamon. Bring to a light simmer on low heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes until coconut oil melts. Stirring occasionally. Turn heat off.
- Toss in pecans making sure they are well coated with mixture. There should barely be any liquid left.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add coated pecans to prepped baking sheet pan evenly spreading out.
- Place in oven and broil on high for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove pecans from oven and allow to cool-off for a few minutes. Serve as desired over a salad, to top muffins, oatmeal, yoogurt, etc. Enjoy!
How to store your Maple-Cinnamon Candied Pecans:
The best way to store your Maple-Cinnamon Candied Pecans is in a mason jar. Close the lid tightly and refrigerate. Keep them refrigerated for up to 7-10 days.

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup raw whole pecans
