Take 2 cups whole fresh strawberries and slice them into fourths after removing the stem. Place sliced strawberries in a blender or food processor and puree for 40-60 seconds.
Add maple syrup to a large pitcher, then add in strawberry puree, followed by lemon juice then water. Use a spatula to stir until well combined. Place lemonade in the fridge and allow to chill for at least 1 hour. The more it chills the better it will taste and the more refreshing it will be. After the lemonade has been chilled for a while, taste for sweetness and add more maple syrup if desired.
