This Blueberry-Hibiscus Chia Drink is super refreshing and actually makes for a pretty great snack. Made with fresh blueberries, refreshing hibiscus tea, chia seeds, and a bit of maple syrup for some sweetness. This Chia water is nourishing and highly nutritious. It's sweet, smooth, the perfect thirst quencher on any hot summer day!
Combine water with chia seeds in a large wide mouth mason jar. Tightly seal jar and give it a good shake. Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, puree blueberries and strain until you get about 2/3- 1 cup of liquid and pulp is almost fully dry. Make tea according to package instructions and allow to cool off.
Remove chia from fridge and add in tea, blueberries, and maple syrup. Tightly seal mason jar and give it a good shake.
Allow to chill for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
