Made with frozen banana, pumpkin puree, nuts and seeds for healthy fats, maple syrup for some sweetness, and pumpkin spice. Makes for a great snack or quick breakfast.
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender; frozen banana, pumpkin puree, walnuts, maple syrup, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cloves, and vanilla extract. Pour in milk last.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth consistency is reached.
Pour into tall glass and drink immediately. Enjoy!
