Ingredients

  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp flax meal
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch pink sea salt
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1/2 cup oat milk

Instructions

  1. Remove core from apples and dice. Place in blender, followed by frozen banana, flax meal, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, salt, collagen peptides, then add oat milk.

  2. Blend for 40-60 seconds until creamy smooth texture is reached. Serve and drink immediately. Top with whipped cream if desired. Enjoy!

Not a fan of bananas in your smoothies?

If you don't like bananas in your smoothies, you can use frozen cauliflower rice as a substitute. Frozen cauliflower rice makes smoothies creamy like frozen bananas do. Don't worry, your smoothie won't taste like cauliflower. Trust me! Plus it will get the added nutrition cauliflower has to offer.
