Greek Yogurt Buffalo Chicken Dip FAQ’s:
What makes this buffalo chicken dip healthy?
This Greek yogurt buffalo chicken dip is much healthier than a traditional buffalo chicken dip. It has a lot less fat than a regular buffalo chicken dip does as it is made with Greek yogurt and cheese. It also has more protein since it’s made with chicken and Greek yogurt rather than cream cheese, mayo and/or ranch dressing. This version of buffalo chicken dip is made with wholesome, healthy ingredients.
Can you eat buffalo chicken dip cold?
Yes. You can serve buffalo chicken dip cold. However, it is best when served warm.
What fat percentage of Greek yogurt do you use?
You can use whatever percentage of Greek yogurt you prefer. I personally like using full fat Greek yogurt as it makes for a creamier dip. Higher fat percentages contain less water, which means it’s less likely for the Greek yogurt to separate when heated.
Storing Greek Yogurt Buffalo Chicken Dip:
Transfer any leftover Greek yogurt buffalo chicken dip to an airtight container. Keep it refrigerated for up to 1-2 days. As the buffalo chicken dip sits in the fridge, the Greek yogurt will start to separate and become watery. Reheat by placing in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
