This easy and healthy Greek Yogurt Buffalo Chicken Dip is a lightened up version to the classic. Made with flavorful chicken, hot sauce, cheddar cheese, and plain Greek yogurt. Easy and quick to make, bursting with flavor, and perfect crowd pleaser for game day.
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
Shred a rotisserie chicken or some leftover chicken you may have and measure out 2 cups. Place chicken in a large mixing bowl. Thinly slice green onions.
Add in yogurt, hot sauce, garlic powder, pink sea salt, black pepper, dried parsley, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions. Reserve some of the green to garnish if desired. Give everything a good toss making sure it's all well combined.
Transfer mixture into a baking dish. Place dish in preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove buffalo chicken dip from the oven and garnish with reserved green onions. Serve imminently while still warm with preferred chips, and/or carrot and celery slices.
