If it’s too thick for your baby you can add a bit of breastmilk of formula at a time until it reaches desired consistency.

  2. Use small airtight containers that are freezer friendly to store your baby food in.
  3. Freeze for up to 6 months.
  4. Thaw out in the fridge over night or for 12-24 hours.
  5. Transfer puree to a small pot and warm up on low heat.
  6. Feed puree to your baby.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 avocado

Instructions

  1. Steam zucchini and peas together for 10 minutes. 

  2. Add avocado and blend together until creamy consistency is reached.

  3. Serve immediately and freeze additional portions for up tp three months.
