Roasted Butternut Squash, Pear, Dates Puree (8 m+)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted butternut squash
  • 2 pears (peeled and core removed)
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Steam pear for 10 minutes. 

  2. Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency is reached.

  3. Divide into desired portions. Use within 3 days and freeze additional portions.
