Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw sunflower seed
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup coconut chips
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries
  • 3 tbsp hemp hearts

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and give them a good toss making sure everything is well combined.

  2. Serve and keep trail mix in a wide mason jar or airtight container for absolute freshness. Keep trail mix in a tight lid container for 2-3 weeks for best taste and freshness.

  1. Store in an airtight container- This will keep the ingredients fresh and prevent them from going stale.
  2. Use what you have- Use any ingredients you already have for your trail mix. If you don't need it to be nut-free, feel free to add nuts too.
  3. Use fresh ingredients if making ahead- If you want to make this trail mix and have it last a couple of weeks; Use ingredients that you have just purchased or purchased recently. This will prevent your ingredients from going stale or rancid.
