Start by thinly dicing green onions, mincing garlic and thinly chopping parsley. Add ground turkey to a large mixing bowl. Add prepped green onions, garlic, and parsley. Drizzle apple cider vinegar and coconut aminos, add spices; salt, pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, oregano and thyme.
