These Golden Milk Latte Overnight Oats are a delicious and nourishing way to start your day. Made with the same essential ingredients that are used in a traditional golden latte or turmeric latte. Some of these ingredients include rolled oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, and ground spices like turmeric, cinnamon and ginger.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 16 oz wide mouth mason jar. Tightly close lid and give oats a good shake making sure all ingredients are combined well.

  2. Place oats on fridge and refrigerate overnight. 

  3. The next morning, stir in coconut oil if using and combine well into the oats.

  4. Top with preferred toppings like fresh berries. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Tips and Substitutions:

  1. Use a mason jar or airtight container to make your overnight oats in– This will keep them fresh as they are refrigerated overnight.
  2. Add a splash of vanilla extra– It will add more flavor but it is completely optional.
  3. Add more toppings– Once you are ready to serve your oats add more toppings like fresh berries, coconut chips, nuts, etc.
  4. Substitute for honey- Use maple syrup.
  5. Use any milk you wish- You can use any plant-based or dairy milk you desire.
