This Coconut-Mango Chia Water is a sweet, refreshing and delicious drink. Made with mangoes, chia seeds, coconut water, and a bit of maple syrup to add some sweetness. Extremely healthy and packed with nutrients.
Combine 1 cup coconut water with chia seeds in a large wide mouth mason jar. Tightly seal jar and give it a good shake. Refrigerate overnight.
The next day, blend mangoes and puree. Remove chia seeds from fridge.
Add mango puree, rest of coconut water, and maple syrup to chia seeds. Thightly seal mason jar and give it a shake again.
Serve and enjoy!
