Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend for 60 seconds or until smooth and rich consistency is reached. Use a spoon to check smoothie and make sure there are't any chunks of fruit left. If there is, place cover back on blender and continue to blend for another few seconds until smoothie is completely smooth.
Pour smoothie into glass or mason jar and enjoy. Keep refrigerated for up to 8 hours if not consuming right away.
