These Buffalo Chicken Burgers are spicy, juicy and grilled to perfection. They are easy to make and great to serve with the Blue Cheese Dressing. It perfectly compliments the buffalo flavor and cools down the spiciness.
Line a large baking sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside. Grate carrots and measure out 1/4 cup. Thinly slice green onions and mince garlic. Place ground chicken in a large mixing bowl and toss in the rest of ingredients for buffalo chicken burgers; grated carrots, green onions, garlic, hot sauce, pink sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Use spatula or hand to mix all ingredients well making sure eveything is well combined with ground chicken.
Use an ice cream scooper to scoop out chicken mixture and form patties. They should be about 4-5 inches wide. Place patty on prepped sheet pan. Repeat until all chicken mixture has been formed into patties. You should have 6 patties. Place patties in the fridge and allow them to chill for 1 hour. *(see note below)
While burgers chill, in a small mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients for the blue cheese dressing and whisk together. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Grease grill and allow to preheat on medium-high heat.
Remove patties from fridge and rub olive oil on both sides of each patty. Place patties on grill and cook for 7 minutes. Flip burgers and cook for another 7 minutes on the other side.
Serve patties in burger buns, lettuce wraps, or any preferred way. Drizzle patties with blue cheese dressing and add any other desired burger fixens like tomatoes and onions.
Use any preferred hot sauce- I like using Frank's hot sauce for that classic buffalo sauce flavor. You can use any hot sauce you prefer.
