Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)

Instructions

  1. In a small wide mouth mason jar, combine all ingredients. Seal jar and shake well.

  2. Place in fridge overnight.

  3. In the morning, stir and add preferred toppings like strawberries, blueberries, almond butter, more cacao nibs, etc.

*Pro Tip:

  1. Make and store your overnight oats is in an almost empty almond butter jar. Add the rest of the ingredients, place lid and shake. This way you don’t even have to do dishes after!
