This Beet Red Smoothie is a delicious and refreshing smoothie. Made with ingredients rich in vital vitamins and minerals like; beets, pineapple, banana, baby spinach, chia seeds, and coconut water. This vibrant red smoothie makes for a great on-the-go breakfast or snack.
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender except coconut water; Cooked beets, pineapple, frozen banana, baby spinach, chia seeds, hemp hearts, turmeric, ginger, and ice if using.
Pour in coconut water and tightly close blender. Blend on high speed for 40-60 seconds or until smooth consistency is reached. Serve and drink immediately. Enjoy!
