Place a small saucepan on stovetop and pour in apple juice, acv, honey, and lemon juice. Turn heat on low and bring to a light simmer stirring occassionally making sure all the ingredients are well combined.
Once liquid starts to simmer, sprinkle in agar powder and stir until it starts to dissolve. Bring mixture back to a very light simmer and continue simmering for about 5 minutes.
