These Honey-Lime Sriracha Chicken Wings are a delicious combination of sweet and spicy with a hint of citrus. They make for the perfect appetizer to serve at any kind of party. With the Super Bowl coming up in just a couple of weeks there is no better time to make these. These are a crowd-pleaser, but make extra because everyone will be asking for more!
Preheat oven at 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl combine lime juice, Sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and pink sea salt. Whisk together until well combined.
Pat dry chicken wings and spread over prepped baking sheet pan. Drizzle coconut oil over wings and give them a good toss. Make sure wings are well coated with coconut oil.
Pour half of the sauce over wings and toss again. Again, make sure all wings are well coated. Place wings in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove wings from oven. Using a pastry brush, brush the rest of the sauce over wings making sure they are well coated once again. Place wings back in oven and bake for another 15 minutes.
Remove wings from the oven and serve immediately with your favorite dipping wing sauce or dressing. Enjoy!
