Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.
Align a large baking sheet pan with parchment paper. Spread chickpeas over baking sheet pan and coat with the oil that is called for and the flavor of roasted chickpeas you are making.
In a small mixing bowl whisk together all of the ingredients for this flavor: avocado oil, garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, pink salt and nutritional yeast.
In a small mixing bowl whisk together all of the ingredients for this flavor: avocado oil, mayonnaise, almond milk, dried parsley, dried dill weed, onion powder, garlic powder, pink salt, pepper, and chives.
In a small mixing bowl whisk together all of the ingredients for this flavor: coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, maple syrup, pink salt, garlic powder.
In a small mixing bowl whisk together all of the ingredients for this flavor: coconut oil, honey, lemon juice, pink salt, black pepper and turmeric.
Pour the mixture you are making over chickpeas and toss making sure all chickpeas are well coated with mixture.
Place chickpeas in the oven and roast for 18-22 minutes until they are crunchy.
Allow chickpeas to cool-off a bit and toss again making sure all the flavor is well spread throughout them. Enjoy!
