Recipe Notes

Tips and Substitutions:

  1. Make sure kale is completely dried- You want to make sure there's very little moisture in your kale. Dried kale leaves will result in crunchy kale chips.
  2. Line baking sheet pan with parchment paper- This will prevent kale chips from sticking to the pan.
  3. Substitute for apple cider vinegar- You can use balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar or rice vinegar.
  4. Try making kale chips in the air fryer- So easy and they come out so crunchy!
