These sweet, soft and delicious Sweet Potato Apple Bites are perfect finger food for little ones. They are great as BLW food for babies, finger food for toddlers, school lunches, or simply as a snack or for breakfast. So easy and simple to make too!
Preheat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a large baking sheet pan with parchment paper. Peel and grate sweet potato and measure out 1 cup. Peel and grate apple.
Add sweet potato and apple to food processor along with the rest of ingredients. Pulse together for 30-40 seconds until all ingredients are well combined.
Scoop out mixture with your hands or ice cream scooper and shape into small bites about 2-3 inches wide. Place on parchment paper and repeat until all mixture is gone and shaped into bites.
Place bites in oven and bake for 22 minutes.
Remove sweet potato apple bites from the oven. Use a spatula to gently transfer bites to a cooling rack. Allow bites to cool-off for 10-15 minutes. Serve with apple sauce or Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
