Recipe Notes

Substitutions and Additions you can make:

    1. Use pineapple or coconut flavored Greek yogurt- for more of a piña colada flavor.
    2. Add frozen cauliflower rice- Also adds creaminess and texture to your smoothie, plus it adds more nutrition.
    3. Substitute for chia seeds- Use hemp hearts or any nuts like almonds or cashews.
    4. Substitute for coconut milk- Coconut milk is best for this recipe to really give it that piña colada flavor. However, if you need a substitute for it, you can use oat milk.
