Place banana in a 16 oz wide mouth mason jar. Use a fork to mash banana inside the jar. Add in the rest of the ingredients; oats, pineapple, coconut cream, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and pour in coconut milk.
Seal mason jar tightly and give it a good shake making sure all ingredients are well combined. Place in the fridge overnight.
