Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp chopped pineapple (very small pieces)
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • crushed waluts and coconut chips to top or any other preferred toppings

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small wide mouth mason jar. Tightly seal jar with lid and give it a good shake making sure all of the ingredients are well combined.

  2. Place oats in the fridge and refrigerate overnight.

  3. The next day, remove oats from the fridge and remove lid. Use a spoon to give oats a good stir. Top with your preffered toppings and enjoy!
