These Carrot Cake Overnight Oats make for a delicious and nutritious breakfast or snack. They’re loaded with fresh and nutrient-dense ingredients like carrots, rolled oats, chia seeds, pineapples and raw walnuts. These overnight oats are filling and truly taste like traditional carrot cake.
Combine all of the ingredients in a small wide mouth mason jar. Tightly seal jar with lid and give it a good shake making sure all of the ingredients are well combined.
Place oats in the fridge and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, remove oats from the fridge and remove lid. Use a spoon to give oats a good stir. Top with your preffered toppings and enjoy!
