Get in the spirit of fall with these delicious Pumpkin Donuts with Maple-Cinnamon Glaze. They're so easy to make and the perfect way to welcome fall. Great to have as a snack or even breakfast or brunch!
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
In a large bowl combine puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.
In another bowl combine almond and tapioca flours, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, baking soda and baking powder.
Combine wet ingredients into dry ones and mix well.
Grease a donut mold and scoop batter into it. Bake for 22 minutes.
While donuts bake, put maple sugar through a swifter. Mix with the rest of the ingredients for the glaze.
Let donuts cool for a few minutes.
Once they have cooled remove them from mold and dip into glaze.
Sprinkle a bit more cinnamon on top if desired.
