Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts will quickly become your favorite side dish. Crispy, tangy and sweet brussels sprouts are so tasty and super easy to make. Made with balsamic, maple syrup, crunchy walnuts and sweet dried cranberries. They're so good, quick and easy to make, and healthy!
Start by prepping your brussels sprouts; trim and discard stems then cut brussels sprouts in half. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle brussels sprouts with avocado oil, balsamic, and maple syrup. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Give brussels sprouts a good toss making sure they are well coated.
Add prepped brussels sprouts to air fryer basket. Set air fryer on 400 degrees F and set timer for 10 minutes.
Open basket and give it a toss. Add in walnuts and cranberries and give them another toss. Set timer for another 2 minutes.
Serve brussels sprouts immediately while still warm and enjoy!
