  • Sweet Potato
  • Peaches
  • Cherry
  • Carrot

How to freeze this baby Puree:

  1. Serve in portions your baby is currently eating.
  2. Use small airtight containers that are freezer friendly to store your baby food in.
  3. Freeze for up to 6 months.
  4. Thaw out in the fridge over night or for 12-24 hours.
  5. Transfer puree to a small pot and warm up on low heat.
  6. Feed puree to your baby.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 roasted sweet potato
  • 2 peaches (pitted)
  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • 1 large carrot

Instructions

  1. Peel and rough chop carrot.

  2. Steam carrot for 10 minutes. 

  3. Add cherries and peaches and steam for 15 minutes. 

  4. Add roasted sweet potato and blend all together until desired consistency is reached. 

  5. Serve into desired portions and refrigirate up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months.
