Roasted Butternut Squash, Pear, Dates Puree (8 m+)
Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted butternut squash
- 2 pears (peeled and core removed)
- 2 dates (pitted)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
Steam pear for 10 minutes.
Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency is reached.
Divide into desired portions. Use within 3 days and freeze additional portions.
