- Substitute for almond flour- Use gluten-free oat flour.

How to serve Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie:
My favorite part about this chocolate chip skillet cookie is serving it. It’s so fun to serve right in the skillet with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream. We love sharing it as a family and it always makes for a fun experience. You can also cut pieces out and serve for each individual person.
Top with your favorite “nice cream” or Ice Cream.
Use your favorite nice cream or regular ice cream and place a scoop or two on top of the cookie when it’s right out of the oven. It will start to melt right onto the warm chocolaty gooey cookie and omg is that good!
Variations:
- Nut Butter– Add about 1/4-1/3 cup of peanut butter or almond butter to your dough for a nut butter chocolate chip skillet cookie.
- Nuts– Add-in some crushed almonds, walnuts or pecans.
- Collagen– Add 1-2 scoops of collagen for a collagen cookie skillet.
