  4. Thaw out in the fridge over night or for 12-24 hours.
  5. Transfer puree to a small pot and warm up on low heat.
  6. Feed puree to your baby.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butternut squash
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 pear
  • 1 peach

Instructions

  1. Peel pear and remove seeds. 

  2. Steam Butternut Squash for 12- 15 minutes until squash starts to soften but not cooked all the way.

  3. Add broccoli, pear and pear and steam for another 12-15 minutes. 

  4. Blend until desired consistency is reached.

  5. Divide into desired portions.

  6. Serve immediately and freeze additional portions for up to three months.
