  1. I have begun BLW with my twin girls. They definetly enjoy their purees, but I am nervous they aren’t getting enough food this way. I’m also nervous with BLW, because I’m looking both ways feeding twins while making sure my toddler isn’t make a huge mess of his dinner. I’m going to try out your recipe as a new purée for my girls. It’s always fun to try a new food.

    1. They can get enough food with purees but they usually start to get bored and want to actually chew. That’s when I started BLW with my daughter. It can be very challenging when you have multiple kids to feed at the same time. Start with very soft foods like bread or Pear. They’ll do just fine.

  2. Great recipe! I used to try to find baby food recipes to sneak in beets and other fruits and veggies that were packed with nutrients. This sounds good and has so much great stuff in it. Making your own baby food is the best!
