Red Velvet Overnight Oats

These Red Velvet Overnight Oats are a delicious, nutritious and a quick breakfast to enjoy any day of the week. Made with no artificial dyes. Rather, these overnight oats are made with beet puree and wholesome ingredients like rolled oats, chia seeds and cacao powder.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tsp beet puree
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a small wide mouth mason jar combine all ingredients. Tightly seal mason jar with lid and give it a good shake making sure all of the ingredients are well combibned.

  2. Place oats in the fridge and refrigerate over night.

  3. The next morning, remove oats from the fridge and remove lid. Use a spoon to give oats a good stir. Top with any desired toppings and enjoy!
