Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, baking soda and salt.
In a separate bowl mix eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Make sure everything is mixed well.
Grease a donut pan and scoop batter into each donut mold.
Evenly distribute blueberries into each batter filled donut mold.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.
