Beet, Blueberries, Turnip, Banana (6m+)

Ingredients

  • 1 small beet
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 turnip
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  1. Steam beet and Turnip for 22-25 minutes until they're very soft.

  2. While the beet and Turnip cook, puree blueberries in a blender or food processor.

  3. Put blueberry puree through a strainer.

  4. Blend together strained blueberries with cooked beet and Turnip and banana.

  5. Divide into desired portions.

  6. Serve immediately and freeze additional portions for up to three months.
