Steam beet and Turnip for 22-25 minutes until they're very soft.
While the beet and Turnip cook, puree blueberries in a blender or food processor.
Put blueberry puree through a strainer.
Blend together strained blueberries with cooked beet and Turnip and banana.
Divide into desired portions.
Serve immediately and freeze additional portions for up to three months.
