In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for slaw dressing and pour over shredded vegetables.
Refrigerate until slaw is needed.
While slaw is being refrigerated, in a large bowl mix all ingredients for turkey sliders.
If you want to shape them into hearts, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread all mixed ground turkey on it.
Use large sized heart shaped cookie cutter and cut out ground turkey with it.
As you start to run out of spread out turkey, grab it and roll it into a ball and re-spread again.
Repeat until ground turkey is gone and are all shaped into heart patties.
If not shaping into hearts, just scoop out with hand and shape into small patties.
Heat up a pan with olive oil and pan fry patties until they're cooked through on each side. (you can also grill them).
When patties are done cooking, mash avocado.
Place a patty, top with beet slaw, then mashed avocado.
Carefully push down slider and put a pick through the middle of each slider to keep in place.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
